The farmers work is the kind of work that feeds and nourishes us

It's important work. It's hard work.

It's the sort of work that's done without complaints, by weathered hands through rain or shine.

And like us- a farmer's work is the sort of work that endures seasons of struggle and celebrates those of success. But every farmer knows a farmer's work is never done.

That's why we've introduced “The American Way” where a portion of proceeds from each job are donated to a farmer near you. Our mission is to help cultivate this tried and true farming heritage throughout our community. As the saying goes, “The seeds we plant today determine the harvest we’ll reap tomorrow.”

Each spring and summer Floors by Angie reaches out to the local community at fairs and markets to talk about “The American Way” initiative. This initiative is designed to support and preserve our hard-working farming culture, and to aid in the expansion of the community’s good, honest values for generations to come.

How the program works is simple. Every Floors by Angie customer who meets us at a local farmers market, or county fair, will automatically be enrolled in the program. At the end of each harvesting season, a portion of all proceeds from “The American Way” will be donated to a local farmer near you!

Our “American Way” initiative was inspired by farmers like my family, and many others who practice the same diligence and care for the land as they commit to our special community here in Wisconsin.

If you know a local farmer, or someone who tends to the land, who could use a pat on the back or a little boost please nominate them here.

“Through our American Way Initiative, we hope a path is created for folks who were already considering a flooring project, to help our community grow just a little bit stronger while they do it.
